it's a smaller store. The cat section is very small, they don't offer many cat toys or accessories. Customer service is great though, staff members are very friendly.

There is a very rude nasty aggressive employee here by the name of Michael. This man should not be working here. My dog is very sensitive to his surroundings and high stress situations affect him. I dont feel safe taking my dog to a place where the employee feels its ok to take his bad days out on customers and pets. Wish I could give it zero stars!

It is 9:19 am Wed Jan 11, 2017 and I am standing outside of a still closed store with NO indication whatsoever as to why this particular Petco is not opened. This is one of the newest Petcos to open in DC (right in my neighborhood on H St) and it is already a disappointment! There's no sign on door or any workers inside...smh...and deciding to buy my pet supplies elsewhere!
