Best visit ever somebody helped right away tell them what I need it I need it harnesses for my dogs and they came over they measure them they help me get them all on them thank you so much

Starting coming here last year or so, for betta fish after a nightmare in petsmart,  was very happy with how well kept these betta fish were kept.  While looking at Bettas a wonderful man named Matt asked me how I was and if I wanted to take a look at the new bettas he had just gotten.  He started talking to me about about fish and care and etc.  Was very knowalable and made me very happy bc I was getting ready to get fish in my New 46 gallon freshwater aquarium.  And was debating on going to a fish store that wasn't a Chian.  I decided I wanted to go here bc he and the whole staff was amazing and New what they were doing.  They didn't just work there to get paid they were happy and friendly.   Anyways, back to Matt he told me about all the discounts and told me what fish would be good together, recommended products for us and really helped us out like he ran the business. Anyways after coming back to replace an old fish we found out that new people worked there and he had moved on looked like New mangament and the fish looked terriable the fish I wanted which is common wasn't there.  I went back a few weeks later and still nothing it's not that the fish were in bad condition or anything it just wasn't a good selection of fish and no one was there to really greet u. I feel like I have to go to a different store now , I guessed I learned my lesson and not to rely on a chain store bc you don't know how quickly it can change.  Miss the Knowledge and care the Matt provided.

Petco is great but most if their stuff is expensive great place if you can afford the stuff there

Great stuff, great service.  Everyone is always very nice to my new Goldendoodle puppy.   They helped me from the 1st day I brought my puppy home.  Kerry is great, super-enthusiastic, and always willing to help.  The other professionals like Lauren and Tara are also spot on the ball.   The Puppy Play Time feature is outstanding -- I hope they extend it to puppies up to 1 year of age (they phase the puppies out at about 6 months now).  I highly recommend Petco @ Nanuet.  

NOTE:  Some people with REALLY BIG DOGS have complained that stores like Petco can't properly do their dogs.  Sometimes these dogs are simply too big (125-150 pounds) and a bit aggressive for smaller women/girls.  My uncle's 125 pound German Shepard needed to be cleaned by a big strong adult man.  Can't blame smaller women for that.  A 15-20 pound dog is simply easier for most people (but especially female groomers) than a dog weighing 5-6 times as much.  Especially if the dog isn't that docile.
