Cris is so helpful and I love chatting with him. He's very knowledgeable. Overall tho, the whole staff is great, I feel like family (without the drama) when I'm there.

Clean and friendly. They were ok with me taking the kids to see the animals. I saw many satisfied customers come and go with their pets.

Chasity you can't simply rate someone a 1 star because you walked into their restroom and the previous person blew the thing up. Your 1 star was unfair and I believe that this will balance your unfair review. I believe that petco is all around good establishment for animals, compared to pet depot, petco is fairly clean and doesn't smell of pee or poo. There is always somebody there to help you if you have a question! Amazing advice for certain animals and also, their staff is friendly and social! Staff will walk towards you asking if you need help finding anything, with a big smile on their face, other places do this of course but when I was there last week I had 3 different people ask me if I need help and each one of them walked toward me with a big happy to help smile on their faces. Petco is a wonderful place to be when looking for animal supplies, definitely deserves a 5 star from me.

A brand new facility that has signs posted in the restroom that they pride themselves in clean restrooms and the restrooms were filthy.
The toilets had stuff all over the lid and the inside and there was something yellow running all over the walls.
