We use the grooming services. Girls are good with the dogs. Always happy with how they look when done. They call when they are ready for pick up. In store employees are helpful finding things.

Never really had a problem here before: it's overpriced, yes, but I call it a 'convenience charge' for not having to wait for an item to be shipped and thus deal with it when I need something. Animals are healthy and active, staff are friendly and helpful. I would now go out of my way to avoid the store when the manager is there. While buying the next couple months of flea medication for my two dogs, she hassled me the entire time I was checking out as to whether my vet had recommended it, lectured me on overdosing, pushed a certain brand, and threatened not to sell me the medication if I hadn't been told to buy it by my vet. I lied to her and told her, yes, of course. I've also been routinely buying flea meds to kill and repel for the past seven years. I don't appreciate a know-it-all, particularly in regard to the well-being of my pets, and I would not go back to deal with management again.

This store doesn't have shopping carts, long lines at checkout (while holding 20lbs of merchandise) and staff are not friendly. I was told I couldn't use a digital manufacturer coupon as it's store policy to have printed coupons. What year is this!?! I will never return!

Everyone is friendly. The grooming department is top notch. They are professional and make sure your dog is groomed the way you want them to look. My dog loves to get groomed at Petco.

!!DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT AN URSALA LOOKIN CHICK TO RUIN YOUR DAY!!The reptile woman was so rude and would not sell me a lizard all for the fact that I didnt know what temperature my tank was at home for the well being of the lizard the lizards there did not have enough sand in the enclosure I could see the bottom of the tank do not go here for anything they are overpriced as well be ware ursalas stank look too you'll know her when you see her she is the rudest person I have ever met and I own another lizard at home and she acts like I have no idea what I'm doing I have owned this lizarf for over 5 years and have had owned previous before so in short dont buy anything here....... BEWARE URSALA
