Went for the Vetco vaccine clinic. I forgot to show the correct person my coupon. The employee was patient and accommodating.

I've been using the self wash for a few years at this place and the last 6 months it's really gone down hill. Today was disgusting. I got there as it opened and hair was everywhere. Stuck to the walls and floor and it hadn't been there for only a day or so. 6 weeks ago when I went I couldn't tell because I got there in the afternoon but now I know they rarely clean it. There was no groomer again because another quit so a store employee had to ring me up. Two of the 4 bins were out of service and one had a backed up drain. I think the owner must be having financial problems. This was my last trip there it's very disgusting.

Convenient location, next to Park Meadow's Mall. Friendly, knowledgeable employees.

One word: Appalled. Standing in line behind an elderly lady I witnessed Matt, the "supervisor," degrade a younger female associate, because she asked for a break. The associate had clearly been asking for a break, for quite some time, because she was shaking, dropping items, and could hardly stand up. She was practically begging for a break and I debated calling an ambulance she was in that much pain. The associate (wish I caught her name) ended up so much pain that she had to sit down. Matt then disgustedly went and got another associate to take her place. I left telling him how pathetic his actions were. I was disgusted and hope I can get in touch with corporate Petco about this matter.

Kim in grooming was not only friendly, organized and extremely professional she's incredibly skilled as well. Very pleased, thank you sooooo much.
