This is the best pet supply shop I have been to in town the staff is great, very interactive and professional. I have to give a big shout out to the staff who regularly keep my shopping experience fun and educational, Prince, Mikey, Quincy, and Ryan keep up the great job I know you guys will get far in your careers! The best part about my visit is the mascot Shadow, super friendly and very cute!

I took my cat to the vet and long story short I left with a $1500 estimate! I called Petco and found out I could get everything I needed for my little guys there! There is an associate named Charve' that is PHENOMENAL! SOMEBODY GET THIS GIRL A RAISE!!! She not only helped me over the phone but when I got there she assisted me every step of the way the whole 45 min I shopped & she was extremely patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. The other associate Ryan was amazing also, they work great together. Ryan even took my items out side for me so I could wait for my Uber. They completely exceeded my expectations. Charve' helped me budget LITERALLY down to cent! I love this cute inviting little store, I see ppl complaining about the size and selection knowing its not a full sized Petco. I finally found my neighborhood pet store! My cats, my purse and I thank you!

Very knowledgeable staff.  The professional dog trainer ("Prince") at the Riggs Road location is excellent.  If your dog needs training, he's the guy to see.  Everyone at the store is always engaging and helpful.

Ryan is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.  He seems like he genuinely enjoys his job and cares about customers. I hope management notices this.
