The staff is always friendly and courteous. They make me feel welcome every time I shop. The store is always clean and well stocked, and the prices are very good. Whenever I have questions they are answered very well by the staff. Sometimes they have cats for adoption there, run by outside agencies. The animals are kept in clean, comfortable areas and seem to receive regular care.

Drew the puppy trainer is awesome-highly recommend. A caring knowledgeable person.  Petco is lucky to have her!

Prices are alright, but I think they only have 3 employees.  can't ever find someone to help with the fish, or ask questions about anything else.

Was there yesterday in the Racine Wi store, The Ferrets are just treated horrible, flies everywhere on them ..food had maggots in it..We talked to the manager Ark was disconcern when we talked to him yesterday,plus your sale persons are not very friendly or helpful at all..some could even use a bath and a hair brushing,. Will not be shopping there anymore ..Your pets deserve better ..do something about it..
