Went today. No bags at the treats station. Asked for bags. Had to wait 10 min to get some while 3 store associate walked by not even giving a fu**. Finally got bags. One register open and associates chatting a few feet away. After another 10 min waiting at the register, just dropped our stuff and left. They lost our $200 business. Going to Pet smart now.

In may we got two male baby Guinea pigs and one of them was sick and we brought him the the vet and they gave him fluids and stuff, but the morning after he passed away in my moms arms. Not to mention we asked petco for an extra cage and they were refusing to give one to us. we have gotton many animals from them and its just disappointing that they don't notice/don't care that there animals are sick and they are supposed to take them in the back and get them better. Iv had guinea pigs my hole life and its just sad that they don't take proper care of there animals. we've gone in there and a Guinea pig had an eye infection and we went back a couple days later and the problem wasn't fixed. We went there yesterday and everything looked fine but again I didn't look at the animals like I usually do. And also i own many animals and know how to take proper care of animals.
