When I went the staff was super rude and unhelpful. My experience was so bad that I decided I’d never go to another petco again. I’ve always had an amazing experience at every Petsmart I’ve been to so I choose to go there.

The sales associate shane in the back was very  helpful.  And went out of his way to find exactly  what we were looking for.. i dont remember the cashiers name, but we bought over $450 with of supplies  for our new puppy and he saved us $50  in coupons from there coupon book

Everything for your special pet/s (close to 5 stars).. Friendly employees and well organized. Would like to see more pets and some larger for higher rating!

This store is in the center of the mall parking lot on the right as you enter from Euclid.

The two gentlemen that were chatting apparently failed to notice that I was pacing between 3 aisles trying to find something, but had no problem asking random customers as they walked by if they needed help. It also doesn't take 2 people to answer one question while you see a customer patiently waiting to ask you something for over 5 minutes. Never again.
