I brought both my dogs there to get groomed. 200$ later and when I picked him up his toenail was hanging off. I had to pay 170$ at the vet to have it fixed and bandaged and he has been crying in pain. They said he tore it up when he was in the cage but regardless he was in their care. And to top it off they didn't even do the full brush out that I paid for because the hair was still pouring off of him. I'd imagine it was because he was freaking out in pain. I will never bring my dog back there again.

Went in to ask a question...my vet suggested. Woman was so rude! I walked out and purchased my item elsewhere.

Sells small animals & fish. Shame on them. Will never buy there again. Easy enough when Target has good litter, and much cheaper websites offer medicines, toys, etc., for all animals. Also too expensive. The one star is for the deserving staff, kind & considerate people (who hopefully will research why selling small creatures is harmful and pressure corporate to stop).

Great store (for a chain) with enough people on staff to actually get your questions answered.  Small pets and fish.  Best of all (and why we are loyal to the brand) -> Petco supports rescues and shelters for dog and cat adoption.  They hold adoption events and really talk up the mission of adoption over mills.
