Nick was on point getting to my house for an estimate. He gave me a very competitive estimate. When it came to scheduling the work, they wouldn't even tell me when I would be on the schedule until they had a signed contract and $1200 dollars as a down payment in their hands. After talking with them and refusing to give them the money, they asked for the signed proposal first then they would get me on the schedule. The signed proposal was sent. I was told the week before work would be done, they wanted the the down payment. I agreed. When it came to the week before, they were completely unreachable so I had no way to get them the money. Fast forward to week of the work, they called and said they had no money and no signed proposal so they took me off the schedule. I had email proof they had the proposal in hand but they still denied. I resent it, got a NEW day for the work, then they called and said they had no down payment so they took me off again. After this they have been 100% unreachable and have not returned a single call. It appears as though, when they mess up, they make themselves invisible. I went with a different company for the work because this is a reflection on customer service, and it scares me that if they're work has flaws they won't be reachable to fix it.
