As someone who has had a ton of experience with Pete's Otto over time with numerous different repairs ranging from all new braking system replacement, entire AC unit replacement, clutch & flywheel replacement, to smaller things like new headlight bulbs, ignition coils, oil changes, and many other things, I can say that Pete's Otto has some of the best customer service out there. Always working as hard as possible to fix your car quickly and with amazing work quality. The mechanics at Pete's are the only people in town that I have trusted and will continue to trust when it comes to repairs or maintenance with my car.

A bunch of Rippoffs!!!! To change the struts on the rear of my Mercedes.  IN which the cost from dealer was 300.00 but they wanted. 600.00 stating that they had to remove the rear seats. A definitive. Lie!!! When. All you have to do is flip the panels behind the headrests. And undo 3 screws per side..SMH!!!

I drive an older Volvo, both my headlights were not working. I took my vehicle to a couple places who either couldn’t seem to figure out the problem, or quoted me 700$ plus to fix them. I took my car to these guys, they had my headlights fixed in just one day for a third of the cost of other places. Very friendly, and awesome staff. I will not go anywhere else for my car needs from now on.

Mr Mobley   I do not know who you are. It is hard to sit by and not respond to  being called a "Bunch of Rippoffs and Liar".  Your accusations and words are very strong. These are not descriptions heard often or appreciated by me or my employees at Pete's Otto.  I hope that you will accept my offer to call me to discuss what went wrong. We at Pete's Otto do except the good and bad reviews and appreciate people taking the time to post a review, just not sure where this came from.   Tiger Berard Owner Pete's Otto
