My car died three days ago. I had 2 Other people let me down until I finally googled tow truck service and Pete’s Tow number showed up. Honestly, best phone call I’ve ever made. He showed up right away even with my bad direction skills. Amazing person! Fast service! Thank you John for all your help and patience. I know who I’m calling first next time!

I was stuck,cold and helpless! I had waited for my"roadside assistance " from my phone provider for a long time when Firestone told me about Pete's! Best call I ever made- so quick and friendly! Thanks John

I called to see if they could tow my car for me to my dealer. A man, who I believe would be Pete, towed my car and took it to my dealer very fast! He was extremely nice and even gave me advice on my car. I will definitely use them again in the future if circumstances arise!

Absolutely rude and belligerent tow truck driver, middle aged male white, tow truck license plate number 116445TW tailgating me on Cicero avenue and 87th (mind you I was doing speed limit) then drove on my driver's side and shouted about twenty seconds of profanities, f'in a'hole etc. Uncalled for, unprofessional, if your emergency is so great and your circumstances are so exigent, please drive around me and don't bother to stop and swear at me and shout profanities at me, that is very unprofessional behavior and it's conduct unbecoming. Road rage is a terrible thing and you truly never know who it is that you are yelling and swearing at.
