How many stars do you give to the man who is saving your son's life? Yelp's rating system clearly needs a new category! Five Stars is adequate for rating the exceptional customer service you might get at a hip hotel or the cuisine from a truly fabulous restaurant, but it is embarrassingly inadequate in describing the compassion and competence of Dr. Madill and his amazing office partner, Megan.

Dr. Madill is relentlessly committed to finding a personalized solution to each patient's unique condition. More than empathetic, Dr. Madill is completely non-judgmental and inspires what exasperated patients need most: hope. My son says Dr. Madill is the only medical provider that has ever made him feel like he will actually get better. Despite severe social anxiety and "white coat syndrome," he says that talking to Dr. Madill makes him feel exceedingly calm. He further states that Dr. Madill motivates him to follow treatment guidelines because he makes him feel like recovery is actually possible. We live nearly two hours away from Dr. Madill and it is worth every minute of the commute to interact with him.

Dr. Madill is tremendously charming and approachable. He never rushes a visit or phone consult; you honestly feel like you can talk with him, unfiltered, until absolutely every question has been answered. He evaluates his patients holistically and caters his care to their personality and life circumstances. Dr. Madill backs up his recommendations with published research and involves the patient in choosing the treatment options that work best in their unique situation. His office partner, Megan, is extremely kind and efficient and makes all of the logistical issues around appointments and medications as smooth as possible. She mirrors the compassion and serenity of Dr. Madill.

My son will get ahold of his addiction issues and move forward in life because of Dr. Madill. It just feels like this can't really be compared to a "5 Star Cantina."

I had a wonderful first appointment with Dr Madill. I am so impressed with his knowledge and compassion. I had a truly great experience and will continue to see him as my primary care doctor .
