I should have listened to the other reviews on yelp. This guy recently changed his name to asheville holistic dentist, but let me assure you there is nothing holistic about his office. The minute I sat in the chair his dental assistant began telling me how mercury saved many lives (um, are you kidding me?) and went on and on, not interested in the least of what she had been taught besides in dental school. She had no idea about the dangers of root canals, then they casually threw out while I’m in the chair that my mouth could be 50 or 60k at glance. They did nothing but invoke fear. We went to another recommended dentist and all the work was completed for under 10k! If you want a truly holistic dentist find a biological one and study Hal Huggins. Although, this dentist comes across nice with his fancy bow tie and gentle manner, they are like sharks circling the bloody water. There is nothing holistic about their used car salesman tactics.

I had paralyzing anxiety about going to the dentist for the first time in a decade. I needed a crown replacement and couldn't put it off any longer. I checked out Yelp and Google and they led me to Dr. Peter Pang at Asheville Dental Care. Not only were they able to calm my anxiety, but they were able to complete the crown replacement process in one appointment. Usually this takes two, as you are given a temporary crown and have to come back for the permanent crown. As a busy professional and mom, I couldn't be more grateful for the ease of this process. Dr. Pang and his team (which he kindly introduced me to so I'd be familiar for future cleaning appointments) are experienced, kind, and professional. Please consider this practice for dental needs; you won't be disappointed.

His overwhelming laser knowledge implimented to periodontal health is admirable and encouraging. Definitely worth trying. The minimally invasive procedures by use of lasers today allow patients the confidence to approach a new technique in oral healing.

Dr Peter Pang is one of the best laser dentists that I have ever had the pleasure of learning with. He really understands how to provide the best dental care and outcomes available in modern dentistry today.
