DO NOT GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE. I had my shihtzu groomed here a week ago. The groomer was awful, she shaved my dog without my permission. He also developed an ulcer in his eye from blunt trauma, which I believe was from the groomer poking him in the eye with scissors or the razor. I called the store to express my concerns and asked for video footage. They stated they watched the video and didn't see anything wrong but ARE not willing to let me see the video. The manager stated that the owner has the videos on her phone and will be out of town and is rarely at the store. I asked for them to be emailed and they denied my request, which leads me to believe that they saw something they don't want me to see. I asked for them to cover my 139.00 vet bill, which I felt was reasonable and they refused. They felt that since they didn't charge me for the groom, that was fair enough. These are two separate issues, I didn't pay for groom because the groomer didn't have permission to shave my dog. The ulcer is a completely different concern and issue. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, Social Media Sites and as many Rescues/Animal service places I can to report this to. My poor dog is now suffering with a cone and meds. Hopefully he doesn't have to have surgery. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I am heartbroken and concerned for my dog.

They are very good attending to make sure we see what we need we ask  a question and they give us an answer.  I would recommend.

This place is going from good to really bad and that is thanks in part to a manager called Irma.

I come to this store and spend usually $100 per month but I will not come here any longer, because of her.

I came with my dog to do a self service wash and from the very first moment, I realize that the manager was edgy and treating customers with no respect.

The people before me were bathing a yellow lab and when she went to clean the tub she started to complain to the customer that they made a mess and that it smell really bad, I found that weird and unprofessional.

Then while I was bathing my dog, she was constantly looking at what I was doing and making comments, to the point that it really bother me.

I don't think she knows or understand that the stores is open and she has a job because of us, the customers.

This manager, Irma, when I was leaving she started to attack me verbally and threaten me and asking me "Do you want to continue to come to this store?" while she was yelling, I found this really unbelievable.

If I was the owner of this place, I will be really ashamed to have this kind of people like her, with no manners and no customer service in mind.

Very sad to see this place going down.

Kind staff, great clinic, has a big selection of good food for dogs and cats, and everyone is helpful and nice!

I walked in a hot mess with two very dirty Aussie shepherds puppies. Not only did I need to bathe them, but I had brought them in on leads due to collars too small.  I got a very patient tour of the self wash, great tips, I was able to buy new collars, and treats with assistance and overwhelmingly kindness. Thanks to the whole team. 6 weeks of being ill and slow on the go and you made my life easier.
