My young adult daughter was traveling on a holiday and was about two hours from home when she discovered a nail in her tire, losing air fast.  She pulled into this place because they were one of the few places open.  The said they couldn't help because they only work on trucks.  I've plugged enough tires myself to know that a tire plug tool would work on a car tire the same as it does on a truck tire.  I do know these guys turned away a lone, young woman in need on a day when it was 10 below zero on a long stretch of highway.  I called them myself to try and seek their help, but they only referred me (and my daughter) to another truck stop that was 20 miles north of their location.  They wouldn't even put on her spare tire for her.  Bad business and cold people it would seem.

Flat on trailer. 2 hours to get it into shop.
They move at the speed of a glacier.

Took only an hr for an ultimate pm instead of the normal 2.5-3 hrs labor. Two mechanics knocked it out quick, and didn't play around, take several smoke breaks....etc

trailer hinges not on stock and done in 1.5 hours after arrival. Thats awesome
