I am so sorry that some of you had such a horrible experience. I brought my Rottie in when she was delivering pups and one was stuck. They were amazing! No judgement, very compassionate and extremely helpful. Did only what was necessary and handled it well. I would recommend them any time!

This place has always been extremely amazing to me and my animals! I would go any where else for a pet emergency! Staff is great and educated and always very supportive of the owners feelings! Also, I think it's very awesome that they call the next day to check in with the animal! Or when I had to put my cat down a year ago they sent a card in the mail! You guys are AWESOME! Keep up the great work!

My cat had cancer and was dying and this vet WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND I was whailing and crying and they cried with me and went above and beyond. Their kindness and love is unmatched and this vet gives you answers, expert experience and they treat you like a human being with respect and love. This vet is the best I've ever been in (and I've been to vets in Australia, Canada, NZ and all over the US). The staff deserve an award.

If I could give them a 0, I would. My daughter's dog was run over and died last night. I looked back at the time line. Cora was run over at  7:09p. We scooped her up and flew to Pets Emergency Hospital. She was looseing her bowels in the car. The hosspital is 3/4 of a mile from my house. I lifted her 60#'s and carried her in the hospital. Before they even took her behind the door they were asking for payment and signatures. I had blood and stool on me. They wanted signatures, I asked if I could at least wash up first. They came out and asked if we wanted CPR, I was yelling just save her my God. I threw my card at them, washed my hands and arms and called at family friend at 731. They charged me $650 at 733. When they had the $650 they came out and said she is in the processes of dying. We were told she was gone within 11 minutes of being there. They charged me $215. But actually refunded me $435. At 836p. They knew there was nothing they could do and still charged me $115 for CPR. We were supposed to take Cora's body right then and there or they were going to charge us their cremation fee. Of course they already had $650 of mine. We wanted to go through Northern Colorado Crematory. We had to insist that the crematorium come and pick up Cora right then and there or they were going to charge me for their cremation. They would not let her stay there until morning. NCCC came out and picked her up before 9. In addition, they called the Evans police and CPS because my 15 year old was in hysterics as she just watched her best friend die in our arms while the hospital let her because they were more concerned about a signature and money. A level II trauma hospital? Useless, just useless..

I brought in my pug/min pin mix after she had been mauled by a larger dog.  Dr. Sharrock, Dr. Reith and staff were very attentive, patient and did everything they had to do to save my dog and provided her with loving care and genuinely showed that they were worried about her well-being.  I can not thank them enough.
