I had a negative experience with the previous groomer but decided to give them another chance. I met the new groomer Erin and she was so friendly and listened to my concerns. She does an amazing job with my two dogs! She gets to know you and them and she and all of the staff make you feel like family. They also helped me out tremendously when my big boy was involved in an accident near their shop. I will forever be grateful for all of the kindness and compassion they showed us that day! They went above and beyond!

We didn't bring in our German shepherd this time as it was our first time in this cute little pet store but I was very impressed by the selection of toys and accessories for dogs! The staff is very knowledgeable and clearly cares about your pet! Can't wait to bring Acadia in next time!

Pets on Main is great with our dogs.  Super nice folks.  We love them and so do the girls.  They do a great job and the girls love Erin.  Both hate having their nails clipped but Erin does it so well they don't seem to mind at all.   
We have not had any negative experiences at all with these folks.
