I took my energetic one-year-old dog in today, because I haven't been able to clip her toenails without a fight. Alice did an excellent job. I can't believe how good my dog's feet look. Alice is a true magician.

I took my dog Prince in to be groomed. There was a little confusion in the beginning but when I went to pick him I was delighted with how he looked. I was very happy with how Ramie groomed him. He will go back there again.

i had an appointment to get my dog groomed.  the staff was very friendly but i was told many different time frames on how long it would take which made it hard to plan for.  before he could get groomed, his nail got caught in the grate in the kennel and ripped it so they took him to the vet.  i am very grateful they took care of him and it was no cost to me and i understand unexpected things happen.  however, he didn't get groomed or anything and it was a lot of running around just to torment my dog.  i wish i would have gotten a free grooming or some incentive to want to come back.  i'm sure this isn't a routine thing but it was the experience i had and we won't be back.
