Erica the store manager was very helpful! She went out of her way to not only find the exact product i was looking for, but also went out of her way to locate another, rarer dog food product i needed online! Went with 6 dogs to adoption event, 2 got adopted happy Tails little girls, overall was an excellent day thank you pet smart for having us

The fish feeder and fish I wanted were not in stock. I asked about ordering both in and was told they can't. Their inventory is controlled by the warehouse and only replenishes what they have. The only thing they can order in are special dog foods. This location is supplied by Warehouse 30.
