I’m pretty upset. If you don’t adopt from a humane society, they don’t really help you much. I’m adopting from animal control, and they treated me awful. They gave me one good coupon to help, but otherwise it was awful. The coupon wasn’t even for the right food. I’m adopting a 6 year old medium sized girl dog. They gave me puppy food. Plus, they were just super rude that I wasn’t adopting from the humane society. Like I said, she’s from animal control... I’m not sure what’s wrong with that... my others came from there and it was never a problem. If you have a Pet Supplies store near you, go there. They are so much better. I’m really sad they wouldn’t help a dog in need.

We were able to get Gigi in for grooming at PetSmart within a couple of hours, when no one else in town could take her for days. We booked online, the groomers were friendly and did a great job. We will definitely be back.

There was only one register open with 5 people waiting.  The cashier was rude and nasty acting.  Very bad experience with this visit.  If somebody doesn't like working with the public they shouldn't be in the position of working with them.  It doesn't matter if they've had a bad day.  If it's not for the customers they wouldn't have a job not paycheck.   No excuse for rudeness.

Very friendly staff and large selection. I went in not knowing what I wanted and ended up leaving with a functioning air cannon for my fish tank. I didn't know that I needed a cannon, but damn is it fun to watch. Maybe I'll buy a beta fish next time, because you can't get too much adventurous than that without getting arrested, and man how I love living life on the edge. 10/10 will be back

We bought my daughter a pet mouse about a month ago. The staff are all so nice and helpful. We were able to get everything we needed for a good price.
