Unfortunately I cannot give this store less than one star. I've been to the Taylor location and it's always great. I hate going to woodhavens store. Employees are always acting holier than thou. Never have a good experience at that location. Today once again, employees wouldn't let us near the cats. They locked the door. Never will adopt the animals when they won't allow u near them. Always issues there. Won't but fish either. Bought a tank last year from them. Then they wouldnt sell me gold fish for it. Seriously? Goldfish? The employee refused. Said she has the right to not sell me a $5 goldfish because she doesn't approve of my tank that I purchased there. Asked for a manager,  and she is sent up. So, I for one am done with this store. Meijer and walmart are next door to this store.

Dropped in from out of town,  was amazed on the hospitality I was shown. Kayla-in fish dept. Extremely helpful and educated, very in depth in her field. Great visit, great selection all around.

Avoid the pet grooming salon in Woodhaven.  Very rude and no thought or assistance with large inbound/outbound animals at the same time.  After years of being a Petsmart customer will not go back.

Usually go here for crickets for my bearded dragon. The store is clean. The crickets always used to be out of stock but I think they have been ordering more now.

The way the employees interact with humans and pets alike is respectable. The entire store is kid- and pet-friendly, and the way the store phrases things is adorable. Signs hanging on the cat adoption center said things like, "Found a home! (adoption complete)" and "Almost home! (adoption in progress)" to provide hope to humans of all ages in the future of the temporarily displaced animals. The guinea pigs, cute mice, gerbils, and lizards were so fun to look at, and it smelled surprisingly pleasant and clean in this location. Great job, PetSmart!
