Took my puppy in to get her first appointment. Very happy with the price, but I guess you get what you pay. I was told she would be bathed, nail trim, teeth brushing, etc. Once I picked her up and got her in the car, I noticed that all of her nails were not trimmed. This leads me to question what else they skipped over. (She was also suppose to get a bow, which she did not, however, that is not a big deal).

They carry Dr Elseys cat litter. Best stuff around. Usually cheaper to order online for in store pick up.

It's a smaller pet smart but they have everything you'd need. 4 stars only for aisle being to narrow, hard to get around other people's dogs with your own.

I went in to buy royal canin spayed/neutered dry cat food because I forgot it when we traveled to Rochester.  They didn't have half of the royal canin cat food varieties in stock in the smaller size bags.  I spoke to a clerk who told me thats the way it always is.  I decided to buy a small bag of the regular royal canin dry food, but nope, not in stock either.  I was stuck with a bag or hairball formula.  A flavor they didn't like and will barely eat.  I had a similar experience when I tried to purchase a mixed selection of wet cat food (Pro Plan, Nutro, and Royal Canin) as well.  Half the regular flavors were out of stock. 

Also the lighting in this store is really bad (something I never thought I would say in a review).  The store is very dim lit, and it makes you feel like they are always about ready to close.  I wouldn't go here again.  Instead, drive a couple minutes more and just go to Petco.
