Always a nice place to go to if you want to get the dog out of the house for a while. They have a great selection of products for dogs, cats, reptiles, as well as birds and other small pets. I go primarily to petsmart  for my aquarium equipment too because they always ask about your fishes new accommodations before they proceed with a sale. Asking question like that shows that it's not just about making a sale, it's about ensuring that the animals will be healthy and happy no matter their size.

I was in and out fairly quickly. I was greeted in a friendly manner upon entry. The place was clean, and the cashier was friendly (she smiled and held conversation). Even though my experience was brief and the prices for the guinea pig food are higher than where I usually go, the store and staff still exceeded my expectations.

I love the staff here. Very friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help you with anything. They keep a very clean store and are especially welcoming to your furry family members!!

I needed to get prescription cat food for the first time.  An employee took me all the way to where it was -- which,  by the way, is nowhere near the rest of the cat food -- and then directed me to the veterinarian's desk so I could get my prescription verified.  That went fine, so now I have a card to show the cashier in the future.  Very well -organized.

The staff is always helpful and friendly, though sometimes you can only find them at the registers and not on the floor where people would need assistance.
