Prices are kind of high. They do have a good selection of animals. They also have a pretty good selection of animals for sale and a pretty good selection of fish. They do sell animals for feeding , like mice and grasshoppers so that you can feed reptiles, even though they do not sell many reptiles. Mostly fish, some birds and pet supplies.

Will not be returning for grooming services. We recently took our 8 month old puppy for her first grooming. The woman that scheduled the appointment told us we were scheduled with Chris. When we ask for Chris the groomer got very defensive and said her name was Christine. Fine. We said "sorry they told us Chris on the phone" she went on and on about how her name is Christine to the point if weridness. She was just rude. She walked in the back and I ask the lady checking us in if she could do the puppy. She just seemed kinder. She was booked but assured us Christine was great and has been there 8 years etc. She said manager just has problem  abbreviating names. We were still considering walking out when Christine came back up and was acting much friendlier. Still didn't apologize for getting so huffy but was calmer.
Because there is glass and you can watch, we decided it would be alright to stay. You can't go back there but can watch via a window in the store. Seemed to go fine. We watched other than when they take them for bath because that is in the back.  It was not until we got home we saw she had shaved the tips of pups nipples. All of them.  I can see accidentally getting one but, all of them? I didn't appreciate her attitude and she clipped my dog so we will not be returning there.

They didn't finish my dog (Maltese) Bc he was apparently nipping and squirming. So now I have a half groomed dog & still had to pay for a bath... 
My dog has never had this problem bf so I'm not really sure what happened. I have to now book a new grooming apt with someone else Bc my dog still has to be groomed. I didn't need a bath for him, he was bathed earlier this week. 😒
