Great selections of items for your pets, but shelves sometimes not stocked with what you might be seeking as they are often running low on some brands. Checkout can often be long and understaffed at times. They do have a Banfield Veterinary Clinic here which is good and convenient. The grooming salon is a bonus as well. The store is usually very clean and the staff are helpful. Large parking area near many other shops and convenient to the Interstates 475 and 75.

Thay were very caring with our new babies who stayed totally relaxed through the whole process.  I was impressed with the way the Dr. and his assistant handled them.  Signed up for their pet program and am sure they will have quality care!

Went to get Science Diet Mature +7 Years ...
Had only 1 Can in Stock .. Had Jessica go check in Storage Room .. Out Totally ..
While I was there I Purchased the 1 Can + 24 Cans of Pedigree...
We have 7 Rescues that Range from 16 years to 2 years ..
We love Pet Smart but we have to Save Money so, we are Buying 4 Health at Tractor Supply..
Our Food Bill runs around $400.00 to $ 500.00 per Month... We try to find Deals on the Top Rated Dog Foods .. We miss the COUPONS we used to get at Pet Smart .

Took our dog to get her nails grinded down. They ended up grinding them too short and after running around playing with her that day we realized her nails were bleeding. After examing her nails we noticed they were cut too short and only had a thin layer of nail between  her skin which rubbed off and caused her to bleed. Before we even let them do her nails we witnessed another dog getting their nails cut down also. The dog let out a loud cry because the woman doing the dogs nails cut down too short. The lady that signed us up advised that she would be the one doing our dogs nails not the woman that hurt the other dog. Well it appears that no one there knows how to cut dogs nails properly without hurting them. If you want great grooming service go to the one on Riverside Shops. Where your dog will be treated the right way.....oh and by the way they even had the nerve to have envelopes for tips. Here's a tip learn how to cut dogs nails. Animals feel pain too.
