When I was blessed with a dog for a few months I often came into this store for training and other items we needed for my pup. They treated me so well at this store I really appreciation the kindness and love. Great products, great people, great team!

UPDATE:
The staff has understood my concern/complaint and took care to make it right. That seems more important than a bad haircut. Much more important.

We are so very disappointed with our grooming appointment. They upcharged us by $28 (over a Full Price service) today and did a terrible job. Our standard poodles look like sheep after hand sheering. This is embarrassing. The price was unfairly high and the product was so very bad. 

I bet they have new personnel who get paid a percentage of the take. 

Find a different groomer.

I signed up for PetsMart Pet Perks and every couple of months they email me a coupon for a free small bag of dog food. I have a small dog so that lasts almost the whole 2 months. Thank you PetsMart!

Mark no last name the manger has terrible customer service.  Apparently his  employees stopped two items in the wrong spot.   When taken to the front to purchase was told they were $57 instead of the $24 where they were placed there when we went to pay for them they were $77 no explanation is why the increase.  Call to talk to the manager Mark no name And he’s room and doesn’t care that he’s losing a customer. I would rather pay three times what we pay for the stuff that we buy there and buy anything from that store or that person again. If you want my advice do not go to the Petsmart in Midwest city because Mark no last name the manager is not a very good manager.
