Prices are high.  Be careful when they ask to donate snack for dogs by register. I got surprised when checked receipt.  $5.99 little few ounces  bag. For that amount you can get way more dog food and use that money more effective and feed more dogs and cats.  Disappointed.

OMG I can not believe people leave their precius pups at this place, I could never do that to my dogs, I was there yesterday and went to see the dogs trough a window, the dogs were being dogs runing around but the person taking care of them seem to be bored and very unhappy with doing it, just walking around like a zombie, not interacton at all, just been there but doing absolutely nothing to entertain them, then I went to see the little dogs at the orher section and a pair of ladies were there doing the same, just standing there not for one second they play with any of the dogs, not any atention whatsoever WTH? They even look pissed to be there. If Im paying for taking care of my pups while Im at work or whatever I want to keave them on the care of someone that love and care for them, Petsmart please hire animal lovers and train them to play and interact with the dogs not to be there like they hate their jobs, these employes obviously do not like the dogs or their jobs. One star because I could not put none. I do not recomen you people leaving their precious dogs in the care of this zombies.

I've been coming to this store for a few months, and the overall experience has been great. We bought food, treats, and accessories and there was always someone available and willing to help us choose the best and most affordable product for our dog. Prices are a bit high, but there's a lot of variety to choose from. Took our dog to puppy lessons with Taylor and he was the best!

Management is not very friendly. Bought a decor item that had a hidden little crevasse inside, which I don't think is normal. My betta got stuck in it and drowned. I bought that betta a year ago at a petsmart but that didn't matter to them. They reimbursed me for the decor item, but not the fish it killed, which was still trapped inside the decor (couldn't get him out). Woman showed no sympathy and seemed downright annoyed with me. I loved that fish. Petsmart may have not directly killed it, but it sold a faulty product that cost my fish's life. And it added salt to the wounds that they didn't seem to care at all. Haven't went back since.
