I took my small dog to PetSmart for a nail trim. I had a promotional coupon for 50% off any service, and decided to try them. My dog has been traumatized in the past from other nail trims gone bad. This was the first time I had used PetSmart for any grooming care. I explained the situation to the groomer and she recommended to try a nail grinding. I have heard about that before, but we have never tried it. Instead if clipping the nail, that use a rotary tool to grind down the nail.  I said we would give it a whirl.
My dog responded positively to the new technique. The nails are much much shorter, definitely smoother and she didn't bleed. I will definitely use them in the future, and also recommend PetSmart to others.

This particular location has a large selections for a variety of animals.  They have cats up for adoption, dog training, and grooming services.  It does look like they have a vet clinic on site but it was not open on the weekend when I was there.  I can usually rely on a large selection of pet foods.  If the store near me quits carrying my dogs food I can go get it there.  I have had to transition my dogs to another food on more than 1 occasion and the staff has been helpful with fitting my dogs diet needs

Grooming shop is wonderful.  I took my mom's dog for a nail trim and the groomer trimmed his eyes without charge. He really needed a trim and she really cares about the animals. I was kind of embarrassed that he was so shaggy but I really appreciated what she did. From what I've observed, all of the groomers  are very good with the dogs and I will  always take my mom's dog here.

I love petsmart! I always find 5 start dog food on the clearance rack. The people are always friendly and helpful. The broken arrow store is always super clean.

the people that work here are very rude. They try to believe they know everything, i recently bought 5 fish from there that THEY recommended. and they refused to sell me the fish i wanted because my tank was “too small” 
I bought 5 fish and within the first 24 hours 3 of them had died, and disappeared no where to be found. so i went back to pet smart and complained to them that this had happened and she said, “well that’s not our problem. we can’t give you a refund. maybe you
should research how to take care of fish first before you try and do it.” 
10/10 don’t recommend going here. i know i won’t be anymore.
