They have a nice selection of products, but the prices are driven up, and most of the workers know nothing about the animals they are trying to sell. I brought a snake back to the store because it had reptile mites, and the lady at the cash register took him out of his container, held him around her arm and played with him, saying something like "oh, I love these guys" and ignoring what I had told her, only to not wash her hands before refunding me.... No wonder the reptiles have mites, the employees should be taught about these hazards, especially because the mites can spread to other pets!

Animals all in good health the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A nice selection of pet products.

Got fast service and help with what I needed. The associate was unsure about a couple of things and went out of his way to make sure I got what i needed. Great experience!
