Great service when I can find someone. Products are very over priced but quality. ( My dogs destroyed "indestructible" toys in moments so quality isn't a deciding factor for me and my dogs)

Always get great customer service when I come here. I always find what I need for my dog and they have good sales from time to time. Will continue to to shop here.

Side note: I brought my dog here to get his teeth brushed and they suggested a cleaning from the vet, he was way overdue and he even needed a tooth extraction. I am grateful that they suggested the cleaning and my dog has fresh breath and teeth.

Went there for food for my ball python and decided to look over their animals. The hermit crabs were all turned over in their shells dead and dried out. Tanks are not prepared and maintained properly for them or the snakes they have. They commonly have birds that are not properly taken care of and entertained so the birds stress and rip their feathers out. These workers are either not properly trained in taking care of the store animals OR they just don't care. Either way, the animals suffer because of it. Do not recommend going here for a pet or even bringing your pets in here. There are other pet stores in Tupelo that actually care for their animals.
