Very clean, people are nice. I always check the cats to make sure they are well looked after. I'm a vet assistant I can't help myself. The kennels always seem clean, clean litter boxes, they always have water and toys. The staff go above and beyond to help you find whatever you need. I repeatedly by my cat litter from them as many other places dont have it. Its the pine litter. Its amazing, doesn't smell even when dirty and doesn't stick to cats feet.

Very clean and well organized. Adoption of Dogs should be in a designated space rather than the small entrance area of the store. Lighting could be better as well. Staff is very knowledgeable.

Priscilla is queen of the groomers.  She even gave my dog a 2 tone nail color.  Both my dogs are wiggle worms yet they provide outstanding gentle care.  All the groomers I've experienced here have been top notch.  Still, Priscilla is my fav and deserves a promotion!
