The store itself is fine, but the grooming is not. When I came to drop my pet off there was a sweet calm pup about to be picked up. Her owner came, and was told that they didn’t finish her nails or do her ears because the dog was “too stressed.” That should have given me a clue.

They do absolutely nothing to calm animals: no pheromones, the room still smells like a million different animals, no calming tablets or vests that they SELL around the store. My animal was absolutely perfect at the vet when he was getting his shots and being dewormed—the moment we entered the grooming salon, he was NOT okay.

They groomers do not know how to handle animals that are not 100% behaved, so if your animal even winces at the sound of running water they can’t help you. The worst part is, as they were handing my animal back to me, they mentioned a couple matting spots that needed to be shaved. That was LITERALLY the reason I brought him in there—it was like a slap in the face.

I’d really love any recommendations on grooming salons that properly care for animals and know how to be firm instead of cowering away anytime an animal doesn’t sit perfectly still. Won’t be coming back here, even though the other associates were lovely and they have a wide selection of products.

I purchase dog food and other items for my toy poodle at this location.  Staff helpful and friendly if any questions or looking for specific items.  Enjoy meeting the pups in the aisles. The lines can be lengthy at times.

Shop here often for pet food. Always have what I want. Like the idea of their reward program. Buy 10 bags of dog food the next one free

Good store, there's normally only one person at the check out which slows things down a bit. But friendly and helpful staff. It's never too busy in there. Go during the PM hours, less noisy during the day which is a great time to bring your animal.

Cassie in grooming is absolutely wonderful. She is tender and kind to all my furbabies, and treats them like her own. She delivers some of the best haircuts I've ever recieved. She always makes sure we are happy before we leave. Hands down the best groomer there. Its the only place I've felt so comfortable leaving my babies.
