went here a while ago to get a budgie. sure the customer service was great(the cashier especially) but the way they trimmed the budgie’s wings was wrong. usually it’s only the primary wings that get trimmed but for some reason the secondary wings were trimmed which was bad. seems like they don’t really know how to really trim wings.

Normally have an Ok time here (other than the multiple dead fish I always see in the tanks) but today was different. Cashier gave me my change, she gave me a really weird vibe as though she was up to something,  so I thought as I was leaving I should check my change. Yep, that was the vibe I was getting, she tried to short me out of $10! She did it right in front of some other guy who worked there so clearly she wasn't worried that she might get caught. I guess this is normal for them to do here then???? I was so close to alerting the other customers around me to watch out for her shorting them too. Luckily for her I had other places to be and just got my $10 from her and left, extremely annoyed!! She said "you gave me a $50, right". Wasn't buying it lady, totally believe you did it on purpose!!!

Friendly staff, lots of products, and options/choices for many animals, doggy training classes, a grooming section, SPCA cats, lots of small animals, rodents, birds, fish, etc. Used to have a vet. Miss that. Hope they bring another in. Not always the cheapest prices, but if you've need for speciality items this is the place to go.

Great dog food selection. Plenty of other pet items. Clean, bright store. Easy to navigate aisles. Helpful staff.

The prices are ridiculous and they did not carry either of the 2 products we were looking for. We saw a cat litter mat that we got at the dollar store for $2 there for $19.99.
