Expensive. Check the prices on the website before buying. The website prices are often cheaper than the in store prices. Typical corporation, cares more about the money than the animals. The local privately owned pet stores have better quality safer products

I have an African spurred tortoise these pepole told me to get the wrong stuff for it. He is to be feed grass and cactus not as much fruit and vegetables what they told me to get the first ingredient with strawberries which would have created bad pyramiding in the tortoise I go back to return the things and I Lady looks at me like this stuff should be fine and I said that's the same mistake that the lady yesterday made I didn't even tell you what I have and you're telling me I should be fine play should be called pet ignorance not PetSmart

I did the order online pickup in-store option because they offered 10% off for doing so. When I picked up the item, it would not work for what I needed. I attempted to return it right away upon picking it up but they gave me such a difficult time. They insisted that the receipt they had just given me at pickup was insufficient for a return! After having to get a manager and then explain everything over and over for 20 minutes before they finally did the return was certainly not worth the 10% discount. I've been a loyal customer for years but I was so disappointed with the poor service that I left and drove to PetCo instead for what I needed.
