This PetSmart is organized and the staff is friendly. I take my dog to the Banfield here and have never had a bad experience.

Good for variety and price. But I was a veterinary technician for nearly ten years and sometimes listening to their advice makes me cringe. Sometimes, if it is real bad, I wait for the staff member to leave and I will let the customer know the correct information.

We provided them with a VET invoice of $166.30 after paying $70.54 for a haircut because the dog suffered from hanging syndrome. They immobilize the dog for grooming with a leech that is too short which put so much pressure on the dog's back. Our dog had 2 weeks of back pain. They apparently sent the request for damage to a board, so they can stay clean of their negligence. Don't wait to find anyone to take responsibility there, they will tell you that your dog is too old or too aggressive. I don't think so , just stop hanging the dogs. If the dog has to try to stay on 2 paws, you are hanging it.
A year ago they put a bow on her head and took the skin of the dog's hair with it, another Vet visit to their store that time, so they didn't charge us.

Helpful and courteous employees. Fair prices. They allow rescue groups and shelters to hold adoption events in their store.

Dylan the store Manager was so informative. I'm just an outright awesome human being and if everybody at this PetSmart is like him I would recommend it to everyone!
