My first time in there and I asked a question to one of the employees and the way she responded was rude, almost as if I’m stupid for not knowing whatever it is she knows she was really ignorant and I was ready to leave but I believe the manager it was that I spoke with talked to me and understood and he was really nice. I’m still not going to recommend this place tho lol just recommend that the manager goes elsewhere because he’s too kind to be there. My boyfriend says they’re pretty racist over the river and I really don’t want to believe that’s why this woman was talking to me but I’m visibly black and Hispanic, I went in there speaking Spanish on the phone and I know the woman heard me on the phone but hey who knows 🤷🏽‍♀️

Always find great bargains here for my cat. Friendly and helpful associates. I prefer shopping here for pet supplies as opposed to Walmart, usually no line when checking out.

The bandfield hospital they have here is excellent and they are very wonderful people and take good care of the animals and there wellness plan is amazing and I recommend getting the wellness plan it saves you hundreds of dollars

Their supply and selection is great, and their staff is helpful, but the grooming department is subpar. They are scatter brained, all over the place, unhelpful and unprofessional. It's a shame you can't independently review the grooming department. I didn't leave a review after my first poor experience because everyone has a bad day, but this is just a repeat experience and no longer a coincidence. The lady checking me in last time was complaining about someone else who worked there to me. Another individual when I called to tell them I was coming to get my dog asked if she could put me on hold and before I could finish a word did so regardless of my response. I will be taking my grooming needs elsewhere.

Fast and friendly service. Clean store. The fish tanks looked well kept. Would have given 5 stars if they had competitive prices.
