I needed a new light for my aquarium. I purchased an LED style light with "blue light options". A few months after use my tank suffered a devastating algae bloom. The blue light was the main culprit (I had daytime hours set to 8 with blue light on for 3 at night in a 60 gallon tank). The light would not allow daytime programming without the blue light on. No matter what I did, the light would not function without the blue lights on. After speaking with customer service (who could not determine the problem) i took the light into my local PetSmart in Yuma, AZ. The woman I spoke with in the 'fish section' was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and quite helpful. We got a manager involved in the discussion who again, was above par (in my book) for service. In the end I was allowed to exchange for a different brand, even though I was past 90 days. The customer service I experienced at this store was above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. I will continue to frequent this store and urge others to do the same. A+ personnel.

The staff at this location deserve a 5 star rating, but the company will not receive it. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and never miss a beat. My beef is with the corporation itself. PetSmart as a whole is way overpriced. Not to mention they don't price match and don't carry half of the products they advertise. I work recommend ordering you pet supplies online (if you can) or shopping and Paws and Tails to support a local business over this corporation. The only GOOD thing about PetSmart is how much they work with the HSOY to help adopt animals.

I love this place. Always has what you need and employees are willing to help whenever requested! Plus there are Dogs and Cats!!!!!!

Have had our 11 year old Yorkshire Terrier groomed there twice ( we r snowbirds). Shauna did a great job!! He loves her & we would definitely recommend them! Yorkie's are not the easiest breed to groom. Good job Shauna!! See you next fall🐾😉👍
