Read the great reviews here and loved my Kingston PetSmart location so booked my doodle in for a bath when we moved to the area to try it out. Got to the groomers and was turned away in the most degrading and hurtful manner. I explained that in criticizing my dog they were criticizing me, the owner. I knew his coat was getting matted and had planned on booking in shave in the next couple weeks once I had met the staff and saw their quality of work with the bath. The manager of the groomers back peddled and tried to take back her words however I was already hurt and on the verge of tears. The store manager offered free services but I feel I couldn't ever leave my dog in the hands of someone who was so rude and degraded my dog in front her staff member. Businesses should not turn away their clients especially new clients. Clearly this box store doesn't rely on clients satisfaction. I hope to find a groomers in the area that is respectful to all dogs no matter their condition and offer services to improve a dogs coat as oppose to turning clients away.

The service was absolutely atrocious and how they stay in business is beyond my perception. 
Place an email order that states the order will be ready for pickup within an hour and get there an hour and a half later and still not ready plus items are out of stock. Waited another 45 minutes and than I'm told to get to the back of the line when only 1 cashier is open. 
They will never see me again. I would pay double to receive decent service and be treated like a customer and not an intruder.

Smaller selection than other PetSmarts but still a great store

The staff is wonderful, and the grooming salon is always an enjoyable experience for me and my dog. They make it easy for me to drop her off and then pick her up later. I highly recommend the groomers here.
