Most of the staff is great but the management is horrible. Everyone there seems unhappy and it shows. And that's not the staff fault, that's a leader problem. Corporate loves to take advantage of their workers and treat them like replaceable garbage.

Surprisingly good. Went to pick up fish for pond. Someone came over right away and was helpful and knowledgeable. They had what I wanted. Had stopped going there because of bad experiences in the past. Went 10 miles away to a different pet store. This store is about a mile away. Go there for dog grooming and Camille is great with my skitterish dog. Gave fish people another chance and glad I did.

Just lost my Maggie May to cancer but want thank jackie at petsmart grooming for her love for my dog and excellent grooming, For many years I would travel a long distance just to see jackie. Thank you, jackie!

Went in for a snail only to see all 20 ish we're dead. Every single one. One was floating around at the top. And I told this the the sales associate and she said they were fine and tried to sell me one. They also don't know anything about most of their fish. Left with nothing and went to Petco. Not going back.
