I went to buy a chinchilla and the lady did not let me touch the chinchilla. How can you buy a pet and not be able to touch or be around them to find out how their personality will be like? So disappointing.

This is the second time I took my Miniature Schnauzer in for a grooming at Petsmart with bad results. First I go to pick her up after almost 5 hours and she is so scared and shaking, she has very bad razor burn marks on the side of her neck and top of her head. She is now scared of everything and does not want to be left alone, she would follow me everywhere. She was groomed by a new girl that day.  It took a long time for her to trust other people. Months later I figured I can take her back to petsmart with a more seasoned groomer, someone that has groomed her before. I received a call asking how I want her ears done because the girl who took her didn’t leave a comment about that. I asked her not to shave them just a little trim. She said ok you can pick her up that’s all I needed to know. She was done in an hour and a half which I was surprised about. My Luna looked ok (not scared again) so I just leashed her and took her home. When I looked at her better I saw that one ear was shaved and the other wasn’t even touched. Only one ear done and not even what I asked for!!! I am never going back to Petsmart grooming again!

Hi i go hear to this location all the time. And today i went in for special food 4 my doggies there starting with food alergies . And i met a woman worker from there her name is gina. Hope her manager or corprate sees this cuzz she was sooooo helpfull kind and smart!! She realy was helpfull hooe she gets a raise or gets booted up. Great sevice wish everyone was like her. This world would b a better place. Thanks gina.

Went there to buy a bag of food for my dog because they donate a bag for every bag they sell. Employees were very friendly. I will be doing my shopping there instead of the other pet store. PetSmart gets a thumbs up from me 👍.
