Beware. Don’t come here to groom your pets they do a terrible job. Or at least Deanna doesn’t know what she’s doing. First of all, my dog didn’t have a lot of tangles (she’s a shitzu/poodle), she comes back completely SHAVED. She didn’t look like the same dog and also, I paid extra so she could get conditioned. She came back smelling the same they did not bathe her. I never give reviews like this but just don’t come here and the cashiers are rude.

There tanks are gross all full of snails there fish don't look healthy all algae on tanks fish are very small tanks are disgusting!!!!!!! Pet smart should be ashamed the way there fish tanks are! !!!!

Took my dog to the Banfield hospital, do not love it. They change doctors all the time, prescribe medicine for my dogs ear problem. They never give you enough medicine to finish the treatment. I have complained numerous times, basically told you can purchase additional medicine if you like. Makes no sense to me at all.

The staff here is very pleasant and treated my furry baby with loving kindness. Especially heartwarming to me because she is a rescue and suffered greatly in her short life
