This place is first class! We just moved here from Louisiana, and I brought my dog here for a grooming. The staff is incredible, and I felt like they were family. They are all so nice and helpful. They made me & my pup feel so incredibly comfortable. Jon did my dog's grooming and he did an impeccable job. I will definitely keep my business here. I am extremely impressed with this Petsmart...something I have never experienced anywhere else!

We’ve been loyal customers for years but we will never purchase anything from this store; ever again. First the cashier was rude and then a manager came out and if I thought the cashier was acting in poor taste the manager put her to shame, & then they sat laughing about it as I walked out dumb founded! No respect for loyalty; no customer service.

I went there and a lady named Jackie helped me pick out the best winter white hamster ever. This place has such sweet animals and amazing staff. The store is always clean and I have never seen a dead fish in any of the tanks. My experience here was great and I will be back!

Overall great staff. They really helped us to choose what's the best option for our puppy. Clean and of course, pet friendly.
