The fish department needs to be completely reviewed staff-wise.  I attempted to buy 2 fish from this store and it took about 10 minutes of waiting as the employees in the fish department attended to little kids who wanted to look at the fish.  Then as I got the 2 fish, the only information I received on how to care for them was that they may nip at each others fins.  When I got to the checkout area, the cashier told me that not only did I need a bigger tank for the fish I was buying, but that I needed to purify the water 3 days in advance.  I was not told of this during the actual fish choosing process and would've saved me a lot of trouble.  I ended up not buying anything and doubt I will be buying a fish now unfortunately.

Staff is good but the weird manager. I buy several hamster before then the manager didn't allow me to buy a new one,they said I have a snake and eat the hamster, so weird. I take care of the several hamster good but the manager said I feed the snake!
He didn't listen any reason then tell me go somewhere else.

They usually have great deals and lots of cute critters. They have adoptions all the time. Swing by if you need a companion.

Nice variety of things to buy and meet new people. Also adoption events grooming and a inside animal hospital/vet. The employees are very helpful.

Great atmosphere for the animal enthusiast. They have animals there throughout the week and make for a great opportunity to adopt one of these in need family friends. Awesome and friendly staff. Make sure you check the online price before you purchase the item in house; you may find it cheaper online and they will match the price... Definitely recommend a visit with the kids.
