I’ve been coming here for a while to take my dogs groomed but I’ve ended! The pet grooming has very very poor service!! My shitzu’s face was matted at one point and I came here to see if they can shave it down .. a half a hour went by they gave me a call saying that they couldn’t finish him because his face was very matted like really!?!?!?! We had to go pick him up they left him half way shaved down poor thing was looking like a damn homeless dog!! I was so upset and annoyed that I had to call another grooming place to help him, they took him in and they finished the work and they did a wonderful job! I’m not sure if they were lazy to do their work or they need better training! And booking appointments was also a problem! Please avoid coming here!!!!! 👎 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

So helpful. Our dog got sprayed by a Skunk, and they did a great job. Honest and Charlee came back smelling pretty

Do not allow your dog to stay at the PetsHotel. First of all, you have to pay extra to have your dog have any playtime. If you don't, they stay in a cage. We also left our dog with stuffed animals and his blanket. When we arrived, we could see our dog in the cage, but none of his stuff was with him. We have a rescue. We knew that having him stay overnight would be scary for him, so we felt these things were important. How could they not give him these things to comfort him? Our dog seemed very scared and confused when we picked him up. More importantly, the staff is so rude. When we dropped our dog off we were given an attitude for not bringing his food. We were informed prior to that he would be given the puppy food that we give him since it was a PetSmart brand. When we got there they told us it was only adult food and his stomach will likely be upset. It was 7:30am and we were on our way to a wedding. What were we supposed to do? When we picked him up, we gave the woman our coupon. She handed it back to us and said this coupon is for buy one get one free. We looked at the coupon and it said "FREE ONE NIGHT STAY". We gave it back to her and told her it didn't say it anywhere on the coupon. She honored it, without apologizing for her attitude, and gave the excuse that normally that's what the coupons were for. Both of the women working were lucky that they didn't have name tags, as I would have been happy to include them in my review. Between our dog not having adequate play time and the attitude of the staff, I can only imagine how difficult it was for our dog. If you actually care about your dog, find another place. We were throughougly disappointed.

Grooming salon is great! Did a wonderful job and treated my boy very well.

Awesome store, customer service was impeccable. Everyone knew what they were talking about and extremely respectful to our needs and wants.
