I took my dog Rosie to get groomed today & i was greeted by Susan. When it was time for Rosie to go in, Susan caressed her and hugged her, since Rosie looked a little worried. She didn't feel like walking at the moment so Susan picked her up and put her on the table and started petting her. After picking her up, she had put a pink bandana and a bow on her. She looked so gorgeous, her hair was glowing of perfection!! Perfeft service from Susan! I giver her 5 stars! I would really recommend her if any of you are planning on taking your bestfriend to get groomed or are unsure if it's your first time!

Took my German Shepherd Oakley to the Grooming Salon for the first time. Lizzie was very helpful and concerned for my Oakley's comfort while in her care. While we didn't get to do all the grooming I had hoped for (again not because of anything on PetSmarts end but because of my Oakley's well being) They did an AWESOME JOB. Will definitely be returning.

This is the place I buy all my dog food and treats as well as get my two dogs groomed. They do a great job with grooming my dogs. They are always very friendly and my dogs always come out looking fantastic. The shelves always seem to be well stocked and I never have a hard time finding what I need.

Great selection of pet paraphernalia, although checkout lines can be long sometimes.

DEAD FISH: Bought my son a little shark aquarium set up and some fish. Turned out one was pregnant, and the fry overloaded the tank causing an ammonia spike, killing the fish. I had my doubts, but I figured I'd call anyways to see if I could at least get store credit for the fish purchased. Maria the manager was amazing and assured me she would let her team know I would stop in tomorrow. Unfortunately I found the receipt had gotten wet somehow in the bag, so no store credited plants or pleco for us. But I hope Maria is recognized for the excellent customer service she provided. I have pet stores closer to me, but she won my business. As someone who worked in a pet store years ago, and still works in the customer service industry, I know some requests can seem petty. She seemed genuinely apologetic, I am EXTREMELY impressed.
