I’m not a fan of Burnt cheese. Seemed like most of the pictures I've seen on there review's has the burnt cheese next to the best part which is the crust.    not me.   there no dine in.  so we found out once we was home that i worked two hours of my life for burnt pizza.   $36 gone.  sorry but we wasn't happy at all.  i hate to down talk.  pizza should be enjoyed with great crust sauce and cheese with any add ons.  but to burn it.  destroyed.

Great pizza. Very tasty ingredients and they are not stingy. We are lucky to have a choice in our pizza and this is one of the best if not the best in the area. You can also tell this by how many people are always waiting to pick up. During that time, the staff is always friendly and work hard to get you your pizza and on your way.

I grew up on the North side of Chicago and had different pizza places for different tastes and different moods. Sorrentos...Gio's...Frank's..... all outstanding in their own right , Coluta's has the best deep dish I've ever had. I used to get Christmas cards from them....but they have a hard time holding a candle to Phil's. Great sauce , excellent toppings , full after 6 or 8 slices  square cut , no respectable Chicagoan wants triangles  excellent delivery drivers and a commitment to quality. I've ordered 70 or 80 pizzas since finding them and every single one as good or better than the last. I highly recommend them to every customer I meet. This is the place

Love Phil's Pizza. I work at Cintas uniform company and we order from Phil's often. I love how cheesy their pizza is. The toppings are always delicious. And I love how the bottom of the crust is crispy but not burnt but the top of the crust is soft and gooey. It's perfectly cooked.  I'll be back again soon.

If I can give them no stars I would. I am highly disappointed with the way they treat their employees. I had a family member work for this company and they treated him so poorly. The employees are constantly working with no breaks. I truly feel bad for the current employees who are working with such terrible management. The manager Jason is really rude and disrespectful. I highly recommend that if someone is looking for a job to not waste your time with this company. Especially if you don’t speak English.

Truly a terrible experience. Poor customer service I took my 4 year old child there and the first thing they said was, “this must have been the same place that the bubonic plague transpired”. Was talked to rudely, waited far too long for my pizza that I already paid for. If I order and you say a certain time and I come in 10-15 mins later than that time I expect my food to be ready. The least you could do if you’re going to have people waiting for a pizza they’ll never get is at least keep a clean waiting area. Thanks for stealing my $50 and never giving me my pizza. My child would also give it 0 stars if they could. They’re four the only other thing they talk about this intensely is Spider-Man! Get it together.

The best pizza hands down. They’re so generous with the toppings and the sauce is incredible, soo tasty. They also serve beer battered onion rings which I have been looking around for in the area and no one seems to serve them. 10/10

Unbelievable horrible service.   Phil's what has happened to you.   Delivery an hour late.    Called for an update and to cancel and they told me that "I  will not dictate what they are going to do".   Most horrible experience I have had with a food company.   People, Phil's pizza has changed.  No customer service and no meeting of minimal expectations.   Run away now from this pizzeria.  There food is not that good.
