Bought a new 2014 Chevy Impala from Phil Smith and I've been coming back for service maintenance ever since! Excellent customer service, very nice people, great waiting room!! I just feel very comfortable coming here! Very down to earth and easy to deal with.

Body shop: they are the middle men. May not go over and beyond. 14 paint chips after service. Not to happy. How they got there? Could have been the storm was what I was informed and sent on my way. Service was okay thought. Insurance payed for most of the repair, so I could not get the best repair from them. Naw the insurance company won't pay for that was what I was told.

It was about 2 weeks after my car accident that I needed to replace my totaled car. My step-dad took me here to see what I could get that was used and in my budget. The sales people weren't pushy as some other dealerships and very understanding of my situation. That same day ended up walking out with a used 14' Hyundai that still to this day looks very new, clean and runs very good. Thank you! I'll be sure to come back for a future new car!

I have purchased many cars in my lifetime ... but I have to admit this time was the best experience I have ever had. I initially dealt with a very sweet lady names Nadine Myara ... I would highly recommend if your searching for a different vehicle ... reach out to Nadine ... she went above and beyond to assist in the sale

The service manager is great victor always takes care of my needs ... thee service and sales department always take the time to answer my questions and take the time to just see how everything is going weather it is a car related issue or personal problems... you have a good team in place

Service department especially Anthony Nicolosi is outstanding in customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Went out of his way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I will definitely return next time my vehicle needs service.
