Called for a quote, my daughter was locked out of her apt. They said $80-$120 which was fine, but if it was any higher I would have kept calling around. When they called with the bill it was $150 because of "the work he had to do" which, considering it was one lock and it took him less than 3 minutes, I can't imagine what that would have been. The only reason I gave two stars was because the receptionist was nice and it only took them 20 minutes to get there. BUT when I challenged the cost the right thing to do would have been to honor the quote she gave me (even at the high end) 20 minutes earlier.

Shota was amazing. He went above and beyond and even made me an extra key on his day off. I would really recommend this company....it definitely beats the dealership prices.

Helped us when our electronic lock failed due to a mechanical malfunction. He found a way to get into the house without breaking any locks and he had to jump a fence plus think creatively to do so. He knew exactly how each lock works and saved us a ton of money that any other lock smith would have charged us because he worked really hard to try every option except breaking the deadbolt.

Amazing service. Tech Beka arrived in less than 15 min and had my door unlocked in a minute. Both people I dealt with(on phone and in person) were professional and polite. Eased my stress. Highly recommended.
